My
favorite "second" sport is running!! I like KENDO the best but
running is as good as kendo. I want to introduce you this good point.
I started running lately, 9 month. But I was
surprised my growing of running. I could not run just 25 minutes, but now, I
can run 55 minutes!! My body go stronger and stronger I feel.
It is
important for me to move my body. The reason is to move our, your body, it may
give a good influence of our health.
Not always but, I sometimes through often run at
the school gym. If you have some of time and some of energy, I recommend you to
move your body. You are going to feel better.(123 / 3975 words)
